Approximation properties on Banach spaces
In the last years, several notable advances have been made on the study of different notions of approximation properties on Banach spaces. For example, good descriptions of tensor products and operador spaces have been obtained. Moreover, some univesal constructions of new spaces seem to require from the spaces involved some form of approximation properties.
This meeting will include six short courses (two-three hours each) by the following lecturers, plus a number of contributed talks.
Wieslaw Kubis (Prague)
Jordi López Abad (Paris)
Eve Oja (Tartu, Estonia)
Alexander Pelczynski (Warsaw)
Antonio Suárez Granero (Madrid)
Hans-Olav Tylli (Helsinki)
