Conference on Affine Geometry, Number Theory and Singularities In honor of Pierrette Cassou-Noguès

This conference will present and discuss the most recent progress and the future possible research directions emerging from the relations between algebraic geometry and number theory through various contemporary research fields:

Affine geometry, Arithmetic geometry, L-functions, Zeta functions, Singularity theory.

The rich corpus of important works of Professor Pierrette Cassou-Noguès contributes significantly to the interactions among all these research topics. The meeting is dedicated to her for her first 60 years.

PROGRAMME:

The conference consists of 24 talks of one hour each handed out as follows:

  • Affine geometry, two days, 10 talks
  • Number theory, Wenesday, 4 talks
  • Singularities, two days, 10 talks
